# Stream job progress

> Open a Server-Sent Events stream for real-time job progress updates. The stream closes when the job reaches a terminal state.

  Requires the `job:read` scope. Requests without this scope receive a `403 FORBIDDEN` response. See
  [authentication](/authentication#scopes).
